This Women’s Yoga and Hiking Retreat is for You If:

You Want a Break From Daily Stress So You Can Recharge

In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, stressed, and disconnected from yourself and your loved ones. The demands of work, family, and societal obligations can leave you feeling drained and out of balance. Your nervous system feels fried or you’re just plain burnt out. Our Rooted and Wild Retreat is your chance to step away from it all, to recharge and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. This is exactly the break you need to focus on your well-being.

You Are Craving Time in Nature and a Bit of Adventure

When life is busy, it’s easy to forget how amazing you can feel after just a few hours outside breathing fresh mountain air. At our creekside retreat time has a way of slowing down, stress slips away, and your nervous system is soothed by the sounds of the rushing creek and crisp clean air. Rejuvenate your spirit with local hikes, outdoor yoga and meditation, and replenishing dips in the cleansing waters of the creek. You won’t want to forget your favorite hiking shoes, swimsuit, and cozy layers!

You Value Community and Connection With Likeminded Women

Maybe you’ve already been on one of the 30+ women’s retreats I’ve led over the past 11 years or perhaps you’re new here, but I have got to say that I am consistently blown away by the incredible women that show up on these retreats. The fast friendships, the connection, the stories, the vulnerability, the support, the tears, the laughter and the healing that happens when you bring women together and create a welcoming space to show up just as they are is what continues to inspire me. You are welcome here. All of you. The messy, the wild, the divine, all of your beauty. We see you and you belong here just as you are. This is for you too.

You Want to Deepen Your Practice Both On and Off of Your Mat

You’re ready to deepen your practice and embody the gifts of a fulfilling yoga practice. You know and love that post-yoga feeling and you want more of it. Or perhaps you’ve fallen out of a regular practice or perhaps you’ve been leaving class with more questions than answers? You’ll have ample individual attention and plenty of time to embody, ask questions, and reflect. Your yoga practice has so much potential to serve your wellbeing both on and off of your mat.

You Know in Your Heart You Haven’t Been Putting Yourself First

If this resonates, I just want you to know that I see you. I’ve been right where you are. This is just a season and it’s about to change. You are capable of living a life that feeds your soul, you’re already on the path. From a lens of self love, you’ll be invited to let down your guard, your masks, your many responsibilities and step into your aliveness. It’s from this place of wholeness and self love that you are able to show up as the best version of yourself full of vibrant energy, abundant joy, and clarity about what’s ahead. I want this for you. I know you deserve it. Do you?

Trusted by 700+ women across 40+ retreats since 2014.

“When I got home, and I was talking to my adult children, they said, ‘Mom, we can’t figure out what’s different, but you look happy.’ And that meant everything.”

Jayne Randolph, 2x retreat guest

This is the kind of shift we see again and again. When you give yourself this kind of space — to slow down, move your body, and reconnect with what matters — you don’t just come home refreshed… you come home transformed.

After This Yoga Retreat You Will:

  • Have the tools to go deeper in your yoga practice. From a place of self love, inner strength, and empowerment you’ll be able to transfer the knowledge you’ve gained here to your practice at home.
  • Feel vibrant and strong. With miles under your feet and empowering yoga you’ll be glowing.
  • Embody a sense of calm confidence and deep trust. Rest and reflection will give you the space you need to access your inner knowing, intuition, and inner peace.

Your body, your breath, your wild wisdom are waiting. Will you answer?

This North Carolina Yoga Retreat is for You If...

For women who...

  • You want real yoga taught well — not influencer yoga, not gentle-only
  • You miss being outside, in your body, with your phone put away
  • You know how much you need a break from planning, organizing and managing life
  • You want to connect with women who get it, without you having to explain yourself half a dozen times
  • You're done waiting until life is calmer to do this
  • You want food someone else planned, cooked, and cleaned up, eaten slowly, in a cabin next to a cozy fire
  • You're ready to laugh louder, take up more space, say what you actually think
  • You want to come home to your people feeling like yourself again

Picture This...

Imagine waking up in a cabin tucked into the trees, the creek running just feet from your window. Cool mountain air. Coffee in your hands as you walk to the yoga barn, fall color just starting to turn outside the door.

You move. Strong vinyasa, breath audible, sweat coming. Your teacher coaches you into Goddess pose and asks you to hold it longer than is comfortable — bigger than feels appropriate, take up more space than you’ve been taking — and somewhere on the third deep breath you remember what your body is actually for.

You eat a slow breakfast someone else cooked. You’re not in charge of anything.

Mid-morning, hiking boots on, you head out with the group. Switchbacks up through hardwoods — the leaves have just begun their turn to burnt orange, copper, and deep red. The trail asks more of you than you expected. You stop at a waterfall. Someone makes a joke that lands harder than it should and the laughter ricochets down the trail and you feel — for a second — like the version of you who used to laugh like that all the time.

Back at the cabin you have hours of nothing. You read, you nap, you swim in the creek if you’re brave enough for the cold. You sit on the porch with another woman and tell her a real story about your life. She tells you one back. Nobody is performing.

At dusk you’re back in the yoga barn — slow flow, sound bowls, lights low. You eat dinner together. Someone at your table says the thing she’s been holding for two years and the table goes quiet, and then someone else says hers, and by the time you get to the firepit you all know each other in a way you don’t know most of the people in your life.

You stay up later than you meant to. You sleep deeper than you’ve slept in months.

You’ll do this for four days. By the end, you won’t be the woman who arrived.

After this Asheville Yoga Retreat

You will...

  • Have a body that remembers what coming alive feels like. Real movement on Blue Ridge trails. Strong yoga that asks something of you. Cold creek air. Not as a memory — as a recent, somatic experience your nervous system can find again at home.
  • Have tools you'll actually use after you leave. Breathwork that downshifts your stress in 90 seconds. Restorative shapes that work on your living room rug. The polyvagal science underneath both, so you know why they work — and can teach them to your daughter, your sister, your friend.
  • Have friendships with eleven women who watched you become more yourself. Not abstract supportive sisterhood — actual women who saw you laugh at the dinner table on Day 2, who heard you say the real thing at the fire circle, who text you in November when you need it.
  • Have one specific commitment you made in the Blue Ridge that you're not going to undo at home. Something you decided about your life this week. You carry it forward.
  • Have the kind of self-trust that comes from doing something brave on purpose. You came on this retreat. You showed up. You let it land. That's a practice — not just an experience.
  • Have your inner wild back. Not as a memory of the woman you used to be — as the one you came back to, on purpose, in the Blue Ridge, with eleven other women who watched you do it.
